Biography

Devjanee Bardhan is currently working as a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Chemistry, IIT Madras. She was born and brought up in the “Steel City” Rourkela, Odisha and had done her schooling (Xth and XIIth) from St. Joseph’s Convent School, Rourkela. She pursued her graduation and Master degree in Chemistry from Sambalpur University. In 2015, she started her Ph.D. work under the supervision of Prof. Dillip Kumar Chand. Her research interest includes the synthesis of supramolecular heteroleptic coordination cages and their applications in various host-guest interactions. Apart from research, she has a keen interest in drawing, painting and making innovated stuff from the scratches. Also, she has hosted several National and international seminars and conferences from school time and continues to enjoy the same.
